We ask you to pay at each visit, unless other arrangements have been made in advance of your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved for you, and we need sufficient time to schedule other patients who are waiting to be seen. Patients may be billed a fee for missing an appointment without sufficient advance notice. After three cancellations, we will no longer pre-appoint but can offer our call list as another alternative to making an appointment.
